Welcome to GD Lashmaker  (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and your purchases of eyelash extension products and face-to-face training courses. By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. General Information
•     This website is operated by GD LASHMAKER , registered in the UK.
•     Our products and services are intended for professional use only. You must be 18 years or older to purchase or book with us.

2. Products
•     All product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate to the best of our knowledge. We reserve the right to update or discontinue products at any time without notice.
•     Prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
•     It is your responsibility to ensure that products are used in accordance with professional standards and manufacturer guidelines.

3. Orders & Payments
•     Orders are confirmed once payment is received. We accept major debit/credit cards and other secure payment methods as listed at checkout.
•     We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
•     If an item is out of stock, we will notify you and offer an alternative or refund.

4. Shipping & Delivery
•     We ship within the UK using tracked delivery services. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.
•     Delays due to courier services or unforeseen circumstances are outside our control.

5. Returns & Refunds
•     Products may be returned within 14 days of receipt if unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
•     Refunds are processed within 7 working days of receiving the returned item.
•     Training course bookings are subject to separate cancellation terms (see Section 7).

6. Face-to-Face Training Courses
•     A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your place. The remaining balance must be paid on the day the course begins.
•     You must be medically fit and not pregnant to attend lash extension training.
•     We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel courses due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund of any payments made.
•     You are responsible for arriving on time and prepared. Late arrivals may not be admitted and will not be refunded.

7. Course Cancellation & Rescheduling

To secure your training date, a deposit is required at the time of booking. Your training space, student kit, manuals, and materials are prepared specifically for you once the deposit is paid. The remaining balance must be paid 5 days prior to the training date or in cash on the day of your course.

If you need to amend your booking, you may reschedule your course once free of charge, as long as a minimum of 7 days’ notice is provided. Due to preparation costs, student kit ordering, and reserved training space, cancellations cannot be refunded or transferred.
 

8. Liability
•     We are not liable for any allergic reactions, injuries, or damages resulting from misuse of products or improper application techniques.
•     Training is provided with professional care, but we do not guarantee certification or employment outcomes.

9. Intellectual Property
•     All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and course materials, is the property of [Your Business Name] and may not be reproduced without permission.

10. Privacy & Data Protection
