1. Processing Time
• Orders are processed within 1–2 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays).
• Orders placed after 2 PM may be processed the next working day.
• You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is dispatched.
2. Shipping Methods & Rates
We currently ship within the UK using trusted couriers such as Royal Mail or DPD.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors.
3. Tracking Your Order
• Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.
• If you haven’t received your order within the estimated timeframe, contact us at info@gdlashmaker.com .
4. Delivery Issues
If your parcel is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged:
• Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Include your order number and photos (if applicable).
• We’ll investigate and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
5. Incorrect Address
• Please double-check your shipping details before placing an order.
• We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
6. International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping. UK orders only.
