Course Terms & Liability Waiver

By booking and attending a lash training course with GD Lashmaker, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These are designed to ensure a safe, professional, and rewarding experience for all participants.

1. Eligibility
•     You must be 18 years or older to attend my training courses.
•     No prior experience is required unless stated in the course description.

2. Booking & Payment
•     A deposit  is required to secure your place.
•     The remaining balance is payable on the day of the course, before training begins.
•     Bookings are confirmed via email once the deposit is received.
•     Spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

3. Cancellation & Refunds
 

To secure your training date, a deposit is required at the time of booking. Your training space, student kit, manuals, and materials are prepared specifically for you once the deposit is paid. The remaining balance must be paid 5 days prior to the training date or in cash on the day of your course.

If you need to amend your booking, you may reschedule your course once free of charge, as long as a minimum of 7 days’ notice is provided. Due to preparation costs, student kit ordering, and reserved training space, cancellations cannot be refunded or transferred.

4. Attendance & Conduct
•     Please arrive on time and be prepared to participate fully.
•     Disruptive or unsafe behaviour may result in removal from the course without refund.
•     You must follow all health and safety instructions provided by the trainer.

5. Certification
•     Certificates are awarded upon successful completion of the course.
•     Attendance alone does not guarantee certification; you must demonstrate competence.

6. Liability Waiver
By attending our training, you acknowledge and agree that:
•     You are participating voluntarily and at your own risk.
•     GD LASHMAKER and its trainers are not liable for any injury, allergic reaction, or loss resulting from your participation or use of products.
•     You are responsible for ensuring you are medically fit to participate.
•     You will not hold  GD LASHMAKER liable for any damages arising from the training or subsequent use of techniques learned.

7. Intellectual Property
•     All course materials, techniques, and content are the intellectual property of  GD LASHMAKER.
•     You may not copy, share, or reproduce any materials without written permission.
