Refund & Returns Policy


🛍️ Product Returns & Refunds
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, here's how we handle returns:
Eligibility:
•     Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
•     Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery
How to Return:
1.     Email us at
 info@gdlashmaker.com with your order number and reason for return
2.     We’ll confirm eligibility and provide return instructions
3.     You are responsible for return shipping costs
4.     Refunds are issued within 7 working days of receiving the returned item
Non-Refundable Items:

•     Used or opened products
•     Sale or clearance items
•     Gift cards or promotional vouchers


🎓 Course Cancellations & Refunds

To secure your training date, a deposit is required at the time of booking. Your training space, student kit, manuals, and materials are prepared specifically for you once the deposit is paid. The remaining balance must be paid 5 days prior to the training date or in cash on the day of your course.

If you need to amend your booking, you may reschedule your course once free of charge, as long as a minimum of 7 days’ notice is provided. Due to preparation costs, student kit ordering, and reserved training space, cancellations cannot be refunded or transferred.
 

⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
•     Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
•     Include photos and your order number
•     We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost
