Cancellation Policy
My mission is to provide a professional, structured, and empowering learning environment for every student. To ensure high standards and a smooth training experience for all, the following policies apply to all lash courses. To secure your training date, a deposit is required at the time of booking. Your training space, student kit, manuals, and materials are prepared specifically for you once the deposit is paid. The remaining balance must be paid 5 days prior to the training date or in cash on the day of your course. If you need to amend your booking, you may reschedule your course once free of charge, as long as a minimum of 7 daysโ notice is provided.Due to preparation costs, student kit ordering, and reserved training space, cancellations cannot be refunded or transferred. Late arrival may result in reduced training time. Time cannot be extended to accommodate late arrivals. If you are unwell or unable to attend, please notify me as soon as possible. For health and hygiene reasons, students and models must not attend with contagious illnesses or eye infections. For practical training and certification, students are required to provide models who arrive on time, with no lash extensions and no eye makeup. Models must be age 16+. If you are unable to provide your own model, we can organise one for you with a minimum of 4 days notice (model booking fee applies if needed). Failure to provide a suitable model may delay your practical assessment and certificate. Students enrolling in Volume training must already hold a Classic Lash Certificate (except VIP Beginner Program students, who complete both qualifications in one course).GD Beauty Academy reserves the right to delay or refuse certification if additional practice is required to meet safe and professional application standards. My priority is to protect client safety and support student excellence. Photography and videography will take place throughout the Day for marketing purposes .By enrolling in this course , you agree to all policies outlined above.
